Run in Background - Can't turn it off!

I noticed today that my game had "Run In Background" set to true in the Standalone Player Project Settings. This is not wanted, so I turned it off. However, if I play the game, it still turns itself on. I see nowhere in my scripts where I'm setting Application.runInBackground. So how could this be turning itself on?
